Most of my classes are very slow and controlled. I like elements of strength training in classes mixed with the flexibility.
I focus and teach more Vinyasa yoga, sometimes restorative yoga and also Budokon Yoga. Budokon is a martial arts yoga so focuses a lot on strength, slow purposeful movement but also has a lot of animal locomotion which can be more childish and fun.
I like to be strong and slow in my practice but make it fun. I also am one of the organising team behind the Just Breathe Project () so meditation is something very important to me and I have been practising myself since the age of 16.
