Yoga is a delicious, rhythmic sequence of postures, guided by the breath. I created Dynamyk Yoga to share this wonderful practise with the world.

Our videos visually demonstrate and verbally explain the basic postures to help Yoga beginners grasp the key principles – from Yogic breathing to Sun Salutes. The site will also help more experienced Yogis get more out of their practise.
